The following conditions must apply
・Same hotel
・Same reservation date
・Same period of stay(same arrival date and same departure date)
・Same number of guests
・Same room / bed type
・Same staying time (same check in and check out time)
・Same payment method
・Same cancellation and amendment policies
・Same service and content of given privilege including the content of amenities

Our Guarantee does not apply to the following
・Unpublished rates that are not meant for the general public like corporate contract rate.
・Rates giving back the original point of other online websites.
・Package rates which may include the use of facilities except for accommodation, transportation, and meal.
・Rates we do not deal directly. (For example, rates offered by travel agencies, rates found on auction sites and so on.)
・Rates disparities due to fluctuations, rounding, or differences in the currency exchange rate.

We count children who is 6yeard or older as adult.
A child who is 5years or younger is free as a bed sharing with adult per bed.

QuestionCould you send item before check in?

Yes. We can keep your item until your arrival.
Please send items after making reservation.
We can't keep perishable, valueable and fragile item.

QuestionIs there smoking area?

You are not allowed to smoke inside our hotel. We don't provide smoking area.

QuestionCould I come and go 24 hours?

We lock main entrance between 0:00 and 6:00.
Please use midnight entrance between 0:00 and 6:00. Please bring your room key to unlock midnight entrance.

QuestionIs there launderette available?

There is washing machines and dryers on the 2nd floor.(Toll)

QuestionCould I stay with pet?

We decline to stay with pet.
